Review Session Details
- The Review Session will mainly focus on problem solving from past midterms/assignments, the following topics will be covered:
- Atomic and molecular orbitals (this includes drawing bonding, non-bonding and antibonding orbitals)
- Resonance (including identifying major/minor structures and resonance hybrids)
- Drawing Chairs and Newman projections
- Stereochemistry of sp3 (R/S) and alkene (E/Z) structures
- Acid-base chemistry (pKa and assessing conjugate bases)
- Review ALL Organic I reactions
- All students attending Review Session will receive "Midterm 1 Package" containing past uOttawa Professor midterms.
